SPRING MARATHON TRAINING

Longer run in pace groups -

For those preparing to do a spring marathon or half marathon.

Please use the links to familiarise yourself with the route before the session.  Although we will aim to include everyone, we will be relying on people to sort themselves into pace groups and will not be providing a back-marker for these runs. If you have any questions or concerns please speak to Jane before we set off.

18th February 10.3 miles  - Smithills – Westhoughton – Lostock loop route
25th February 10.3 miles  - Smithills – Westhoughton – Lostock loop route
11th March 9.3 miles Smithills – Horwich loop route
18th March 10.8 miles Smithills – Horwich longer loop ( with shorter option) route
25th March 10.3 miles  - Smithills – Westhoughton – Lostock loop route
1st April 9.3 miles Smithills – Horwich loop route
8th April 9.3 miles Smithills – Horwich loop ( in reverse) route
15th April 7.6 miles Smithills –Darwen Road, Bradshaw Brow loop route
